„Though this was in a great location, it was seriously lacking. We received maid service for our unit was one day only, while other friend's unit was cleaned daily. We had to go to front desk for toilet paper more than once, as they didn't regularly clean our unit. No wash clothes in unit so had to request those. They tell you you have to wash the dishes, but provide NO dish towels or dish clothes, dish soap or even a plug for the kitchen sink! We had ants all over in the bathrooms. The living ...

„The resort overall is ok. They have a really high security. If you leave the resort they can call you a taxi and everyone that comes in they have 2 check points where they take their car plates and names and who are they taking from the resort and where are they heading to. The resort is very close to the airport 15 minutes but to actually get to visit Mazatlán is about 40 minutes away and the taxi is $70. Because they know all this their shopping center prices are high. The rooms are clean ...
