Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
I didn’t even want to rate it with one star the website is false. I reserved this hotel because it said 24 hour room service and indoor pool but once we arrived they said they don’t have room service and the pool is not able to be used. Then we left the room so housekeeping could clean and they left everything the way it was all they did was make the beds they didn’t even change the sheets and nor did they try to at least fluff the sheets to get the dirt off! We pulled back the sheets to find a piece of paper and my hair still on the pillows! Mind you it’s my hair but come on if we paid for housekeeping they could have changed the sheets and also place trash bags in the trash cans they didn’t do any of that. Then they said they couldn’t have anyone come and clean because it was after 4:00 pm so they placed us in another room well the new room was terrible the ac didn’t work it was really hot and the toilet would not flush! The worst! Never again not to mention when I went downstairs to tell them all the employees were huddled in the front as if to be gossiping about my complaints because when I popped up they were in complete surprise and scattered back to work! Terrible terrible!
