„- The floor lamp and bathroom outlet do not work. I eventually got other things working once I opened the subpanel and turned the circuits back on. Several of the blinds are broken and don't open. (So the studio is NOT so bright, even in the daytime.)- The property is very noisy, and light comes in on three sides of the unit door.- The instructions for the lock on the back door are incomplete/confusing.
