Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The check in was ok. We had to pay for parking in the garage even though there were not enough normal parking spots. We parked on an electric charging car park because everything else was full. In the bathroom were small cockroaches that I had to take care of with my sandals. The shower looked quite unhygienic, with stains and mold. The whole hotel was fully booked and you could hear every movement in the hallway and your room neighbors. No good sound buffering, felt like we didn’t have a door. There were people running up and down the stairs until 4:30 in the morning and we barely slept. The hotel itself seems very environmental conscious which is a big plus but we’re just glad that we had only one night there.
Also very hard to communicate if you’re not French, some of the staff don’t even speak a word of English which made the check out quite an adventure even though the room was already paid for online.
