The name of the building is Marco Island. When you arrive, enter the apartment code into the keypad at the front door, which is located on the main street next to the traffic lights. Marco Island is opposite the Shell petrol station.
Entering the apartment number (425) will ring through to our phone so we can let you in.
Or you can walk through with other people living on the apartment.

Then walk through the foyer past the concierge through double doors on the far area to access the lifts to the 3rd floor.

Please leave the place tidy – no need to deep clean, but we can take out rubbish and you can do the basic cleanup.

Report any damages or issues promptly, so we can sort them before the next guest.

Late check-outs may result in an extra fee if not agreed beforehand.

📦 Deliveries & Visitors
No personal mail or package deliveries to the apartment during your stay unless staying longer than 4 days.

No outside visitors unless agreed in advance.

📦 Respect - Report any damages or issues within 2 hours, so we can sort them before the next guest.
🛑 Late check-outs result in an extra fee if not agreed beforehand.
📦 Deliveries & Visitors
Personal mail is in a special letter box which we do not access for 2 weeks.
Package deliveries to the apartment during your stay is usually dropped off at the concierge. Not allowed for courier to bring up.
