„This sweet cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The owners on site in attached house obviously care that you enjoy your stay. Parking is tight for a larger vehicle but there is another spot within walking distance if you should need it. The beach is so close!“

„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„This was the perfect sized beach house in the perfect location. The house itself was at the end of a little lane that empties onto Ocean Blvd, next to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a beach visit. King Size master bed was super comfortable and the boys loved their bunk beds. Doggo was happy to be included in the vacation, and the house is also right next to the entrance to a large grassy area where doggo fetched and went to the bathroom. Very ...
