„The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav.
The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door.
The entrance was a wooden decking which had a range of colorful potted plants and well maintained.
The owner was very helpful with directions and places to visit and eat ...

„Stayed four nights and were blessed with great weather. Really quiet location but only a few miles off the dual carriageway.
Easy access to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Paignton with Goodrington being dog friendly and also not too far away. Accommodation itself was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. Field beyond the garden was great for the dog and quiet lanes also good for early morning "walkies"!

„This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. "Wir waren innerhalb einer Woche zweimal für je 2 Nächte im Crowne Plaza. Für uns gibt es keine bessere Lage!
Die Zimmer waren großzügig aber beim 2. Aufenthalt war die Tür des Badezimmers eines solchen Hotels unwürdig. Die Farbe blätterte ab, die untere Kante war notdürftig ausgebessert worden. Das schmälert den positiven Eindruck."

"Das Haus war sauber, es gab alles, was wir uns wünschten und noch viel mehr - Küchengeräte (Wassersprudler, Pürierstab, Toaster, Airfryer, Mikrowelle und doppelter Backofen), Gummiboot, Sup, Bügeleisen und Brett, Terrassenliegen, -sofa ... Alles im Haus funktionierte einwandfrei, wir hatten genug Platz für unser Gepäck, Parkplatz groß genug, Zugang zum Meer kurzer Weg, Betten bequem, kurz gesagt ein rundherum Wohlfühlpaket. Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig, die einzigen Geräusche waren das Meeresrauscchen, die Möwen und ab und zu der Pfau vom Nachbargrundstück. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert, er reagierte immer sofort und war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und einfach sehr sympatisch.Wir können das Haus, die Umgebung und den Vermieter sehr empfehlen!!"
