Casita Toucan is ideally situated in the heart of the K Section, just a 10-minute walk to Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and the Baker’s Beach entrance, and 15 minutes to the Playa Guiones town center. Surfboard rentals and local cafés are conveniently located along the way. While transportation is recommended for exploring farther, this location makes getting around Nosara effortless.

This property is for sale and scheduled real estate visits may occur during your stay. All visits will be coordinated 24 hours in advance with guests.



LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
