„We booked this property because it was advertised as an “entire house,” but when we arrived we found that wasn’t the case—there are people living downstairs. We could clearly hear them talking through the door that separates the first and second floors, which took away from the privacy we expected. It looks like the listing has been updated since we booked, but just be aware that this rental is only the top floor of an occupied home. Nice house overall, but not the private stay we anticipated“

„Overall had a great experience here. Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. „Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. „Unschlagbare Lage in Downtown Boston am Boston Common - reibungsloser Ablauf und super Kommunikation. Sauber. Unterkunft einfach abgenutzt aber so ist das eben irgendwann. Best value for price im sehr teuren Boston. Wir würden wieder buchen“

„We are glad we stayed in this nice and bright studio. We found it very clean and any questions we had they were promptly answered by the host, that we found easy to communicate with. It’s located on a very quiet building and on a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Boston Medical Center as well as Boston Children’s Hospital and subway and train stations. We would love to stay there again if we need to return to Boston. Thanks for the excellent service provided.“

„The room was marginally OK: clean and no ``subtenents'';
but the bathroom installations were kind of run down, the
toilett chair was ``for children'' and the wallpaper was almost coming off.
The basic communication w/ the management was only possible via unsave (http / no https) WiFi and marginally via text messages (SMS).
They were obviously assumung smart-phone usage via insecure chanels. I use a dumb-phone and a 2024 thinkpad (laptop). I took me some effort using secure internet connection ...
