Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.“

„We lived in a cute nice house that was unfortunately opposite the schoolbus depot and on the ME - 140. There was heavy trafic on the road from 6 am to 9 pm , because it was on the federal highway. Access was quite easy thanks to a numerical code. Apart from the noise from the street, we really iked the house and the surrounding aera.“

„The property was better than advertised. Brand new and perfectly efficiently layed out for a family of 4. Kids loved sleeping in the loft and had their choice of beds. The house was immaculate and the linens were comfortable like home. We have a wonderful time at the house and skiing Sunday River which was a pleasant drive and easy to get to. „This was a great house for our family of 5 to stay at while skiing at Pleasant Mountain. It was very clean, the bedding was comfortable (plenty of pillows), and the kitchen had everything we needed. The electric woodstove upstairs was cozy and kept the house warm, along with the mini splits upstairs and downstairs. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day of skiing, it's accessed through the outside, so bring flip flops. It's less than 5 minutes to drive to the mountain- great location. ...

It felt like our own deserted island. And just a short walk down the road was one section of the state park, then a short drive was the sandbar beach.
