„There should be ice machines on every floor, there are 6 floors and only 2 ice machines on floors 3&5. Everytime the ice was empty. The room was nice, temp was perfect, ABBY was super helpful and polite and was able to secure a microwave for us. KEEP ABBY BC SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL!The mattress was uncomfortable. The mattress bedspring was squeeky and would dip in the middle. We kept rolling to the middle. The tv size was good but the channels did not coorespond with the channels we were selecting ...
