„We came to Chicago to celebrate my son’s birthday. The staff at this JW Marriott went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was able to arrange a special celebration cake to be sent to the room, plus they sent chocolate-covered strawberries (his favorite)! We booked a room with Executive Lounge access and it did not disappoint. My son was very satisfied with the breakfast - I wish I had stopped in to get myself a bagel. Claudia even stopped by to show us where everything was in the home to ensure we made the most of our stay. The house has so much character! We loved the fact that it had been updated while still maintaining its original charm. Claudia was a very responsive host. We hope to stay there again sometime.“
