„Hi Vrbo Support Team,I am writing to share feedback about a deeply distressing and unsafe experience my family had during our recent stay at one of your listed properties.During our stay, a stray dog appeared at the door of the rental home. When my daughter attempted to enter the house, the dog suddenly pounced on her. She suffered injuries to her eyes and mouth, resulting in significant bleeding. „The place was nice. The issues we had to deal with were: no wash clothes, no hand towels, only three forks, not enough dinnerware, and not much kitchenware. A lot of lightbulbs were burnt, and could easily be changed. There were also issues with the garage, which we could not use. Other than that, we would stay there again, but I would like to know what to expect so that I can bring my own things, if needed. “

„Thank you for our stay. I would recommend an ozone machine for the smoke / pet smell, it was a bit overwhelming for us. We tried to close the bedroom and laundry room doors to help, but it was still very strong.“

„A few coworkers stayed here for a work trip. Everything was as described/expected, host was amazing with communication. Clean and roomy for our purposes, zero issues, and I would rent this home again! Thank you so much!“

„Host was quick to reply. Home is nice, clean, and has everything you need. The bed in the middle room was very squeaky any movement was loud. Also the water in upstairs shower drained slow tub filled up when we showered. No trash cans in the bathrooms. I didn’t mention to host as they were not big deals to us. There is minor wear and tear to walls, counters, and kitchen table we didn’t cook or eat there so never a big deal. Home was nice for what we needed. In a good area too for what we needed.“

The home is nicely decorated. I love the layout of the home. It was in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. Just lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much. “
