„Easy to find and the location was perfect for us. The place was very clean and welcoming. The owner was amazing and we had a great 2 nights. We stayed for 2 nights then headed to Canoe the Wilds tour for 5 nights and this was only 20minutes away from the meeting location for that adventure. “

„The cottage is very cozy, clean, and well-equipped with things like large screen TV, wi-fi, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and air conditioning upstairs. Laurie is so nice and she texts you back immediately if you have a question about something. Cross Lake is gorgeous with great kayaking (there is a kayak and paddle board for guests to use), plenty of perch to catch, and a family of loons. Aroostook County is beautiful and all the people are so nice. I am looking forward to coming back next ...

„This simple cabin is a great place to stay! Check in was easy. The kitchen and baths were clean. We only had 6 people but the cabin has three levels and would probably fit 17 people to sleep. The covered porch was perfect for relaxing. We met the owner and he was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The stay was very laid back. The property is close to town and amenities. We would love to go back and stay longer!“

„Very clean and decorated perfectly as a lake house. The kitchen was very well equipped, even having spices for cooking. The beds were comfortable and made with high quality bedding. The property has Internet, cable TV in every bedroom and the living room. The backyard has a large grassy private lawn and covered porch with plenty of seating, a propane grill and fire pit and private access to the lake. Portage lake is dreamy -- perfect for paddling. We hope to return next year for a longer ...
