„have had a fantastic stay for one week. Pubs, restaurants, supermarket, harbour and beech are all in walking distance. Everything needed is in the cottage. Equipment a bit old but all worked good.We really can recommend the cottage.Diane is very friendly and helpful “

„Spent a week in the property. Great stay in a generous sized property. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minute walk from the town centre. Good range of shops and eating places in Newbiggin. Near park land which was ideal for the dog. House was well equipped. Good sized bathroom. Rear yard was a nice suntrap and very private. Good sized bedrooms and very clean.“

„Cottage in the most stunning location and the views breathtaking. Large cottage but the main bedroom with the en-suite a small bedroom . The bedroom downstairs with the single beds , dark and not inviting, a few flies. Large kitchen , lovely agar. Plenty of pots and glasses etc.Would benefit from an American style fridge as the food for 6 people and 2 children did not all fit in the fridge. „Comfortable, spacious and very clean property. We often visit this area although usually bearded the coast. The Coach House is a good property for families - quiet location and it has a safe, enclosed garden. Unfortunately the main door from lounge to the garden was broken (sign on door not to open) which was frustrating as the other access was at the other end of the property.
