„I would NOT stay there again. The first room we were assigned had no electricity in the bathroom. The glass mirror was on the floor instead of being mounted, there was a hole in a wall with wire sticking out, the hotel phone did not work and the number posted for the hotel was inaccurate. There was no coffee maker in the first or second room I was assigned . The bathroom floor had some mud colored substance on it, the shower did not function, caulking around the bathtub faucet had black on it. ...

„Beautiful location and very clean and updated hotel. The restaurant/bar was very friendly and inviting and the food was great for breakfast. Love the fires looking over Lake Huronin the evening.“

„The Check in process was very easy. Although they forgot to inform me about the incidentals hold on me cc. Very seldom do I ever see one when renting a hotel room. The room was clean for the most part. I had to clean the shower before using it. It had a lot of hair in it. The bathroom door look like it had seen battle with splatters of who knows what. So it had to be cleaned as well. “

„This is a classic old hotel with nice common area and a great staff. But we stayed in the west wing which I would describe as "tired". It could use a little upgrade. And the balcony could use a good scrub. That said, the bed was large and comfortable, the room was of good size, it was clean, and it was nice to have two sinks in two different spaces.“
