Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! „I have to start with a big praise to the staff. Everybody was always very kind and helpful. They really seem to enjoy their work. The colourful and lively design of the entire place is very enchanting. It's a lot of fun to walk through. The music played in the corridors complements the feel-good atmosphere. „This hotel is a real vibe - from the rooftop pool, to the Friday afternoon happy hour at the rooftop bar. The location is primo - right behind Howard Smith Wharves where there are plenty of dining and drinking options. Also close to Fortitude Valley and CBD - both in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was not enough lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. It’s very annoying when bathrooms are designed for form over function.“

„Sehr schönes Hotel und bequemes Bett. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtzentrum, aber auch im Fortitude Valley gibt es gute Restaurants. Es wird auch ein Shuttle-Service ins Zentrum angeboten, wir sind aber zu Fuss gelaufen (25-30 Minuten) oder haben Uber benutzt.“

„Die Lage ist einmalig: Toller Blick, mitten im Regenwald, ruhig. Man fühlt sich wirklich im Outback. Die Wanderrouten starten direkt an der Unterkunft. Leider ist der Pool weit weg. Wir sind mit dem Auto hingefahren.“
