They informed us the next day that it would only be free at night because they require a full day to clean. Whatever. Arrived at 9 pm for a stay for our third anniversary and were locked out. It was hard for my mother to get up the stairs, front and back. They could use a handrail for the steps and also to get in and out of the tub, you could also use some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang up our wet towels and washcloths.
