The family room was easy to entertainment small children and very cozy when you turned the fireplace on. It was a short 3 min drive to downtown Duluth/Canal Park area for going out to eat and entertainment at night. The only thing I didn't like is that there were full trash bags outside the backdoor when we arrived from previous people. Maybe they could of been taken out ...
