„Our winter retreat with three couples was very enjoyable here. All amenities were modern, up to date and accurately described. The condo was clean and neat. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Although the weather was very cold, we really liked the indoor walkway to the indoor pool, sauna, and indoor/out door hot tub. We highly recommend staying here. This was our first stay here and would come back for our annual winter retreat. “

„Great condo! We had plenty of space and the property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great location and very easy to access. Parked behind OMC smokehouse and had no issues. The only thing I would recommend is using white noise at night as the gym below has early classes. “

Neighborhood iffy. Three police cars nect door looking around the premises and a strange man with dog sitting in the dark on the back stairs behind my unit when we got home one night. Very unsettling.“

"We booked a three-night stay (Feb 18–21, 2026) at Pier B, primarily for a snowmobile tour. Unfortunately, due to a massive blizzard, our tour for the following day was cancelled right as we arrived. The rooms were simple but very clean and well-maintained. Since we had no reason left to stay in Duluth, we were worried about the remaining two nights. However, the hotel staff was incredibly understanding. They immediately refunded our money for the following two nights without any hassle. We are so grateful for their flexibility and kindness!"
