The home was perfect for us to have our own space while also having space to spend time with each other. We used the grill to cooks steaks which was nice and I would definitely recommend staying there for anyone who is interested! Kelly was a great host and communicated very well! “

„We enjoyed a 3-day stay as we visited Chicago museums for 2 days. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our time. If I had to identify room for improvement it would be a more detailed instruction of controlling the furnace thermostat. It warms up very quickly in the house! Otherwise, all was great!“

„I wanted a fun place to stay close to friends in Oak Park. We had 2 teenagers and they basically lived in the basement with the games while we stayed here. You can hear them talking in the basement while on the main level. The location was good for our needs.“

„This property was easy to get to and close to all amenities, including the Navy RTC. Host was excellent! Responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Easy check-in and out process. Great experience overall!“

„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

„Ich habe schon mehrfach in Sonder Appartements in den USA übernachtet und war auch hier wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut, alles im Zentrum ist fußläufig oder mit einer kurzen Bahnfahrt erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäfte für das Nötigste in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. “

"The best thing about this hotel is by far its staff!!! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a king room on the 8th floor facing the Virgin hotel. You could look directly into someone’s room….and the room was a bit dark. Besides that we had an excellent stay"

If you want to sleep, choose another place

"Well functioning airport shuttle and a well-equipped big gym. That’s the two positive aspects I can mention. Apart from that the hotel does not fulfill the function that people use a hotel for- get sleep when they are away from home. My room was exactly after the runway so the departing aircraft’s flew right over. Instead of using triple-glazed windows or other measures to reduce noises, they only have very old windows not protecting guests from the noise at all. I don’t now how often I woke up from departing airplanes but I now can differentiate very well the sound of narrow and wide body aircraft’s during take off 😂 Please do not give the feedback that I have ti expect this at an airport hotel. The night before I stayed at Atlanta airport in similar proximity to the airport and they had well isolated window systems reducing the noise to maybe 25% of the level of the Hyatt Regency at O’Hare airport."
