I'm not a big fan of noisy window AC units, especially since I’m a light sleeper; even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. We walked to everything except the Griffin Museum and Shess Aquarium which was just a short ride away..Had a great time with our 2 college kids. Charlie was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a question. They only thing that would make this place even better is a L-shape couch so that everyone has a comfortable place to sit after a day of walking.“
