The spacious, well-equipped kitchen boasting views towards Roseberry Topping and the Cleveland Hills, leads guests through to the delightful open-plan sitting and dining room featuring French doors leading out onto the patio. Upstairs three pretty bedrooms are complimented with views from each window and of the family shower room.

Outside, the cottage patio is accessible via the French doors from the dining room and offers a peaceful space to relax and enjoy the open countryside views towards the North York Moors and Roseberry Topping. The area offers nearby cycling routes direct from the doorstep, a variety of walking opportunities such as the Swainby Circular (a section of the Cleveland Way) or join the Coast to Coast, plus a short drive leads you to the rugged Yorkshire coastline.
