You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located front duplex! Only a 4 block walk to the beach/boardwalk, and a quick walk to the bay, supermarket, playground, and tennis/basketball/ pickle ball courts. Hassles Ice Cream is only a few feet away with other restaurants (Al the Steak and Pizza King) and bars (Owen's Pub, The Salty Mermaid, Mikey's Island, and Seaport Pier) within walking distance. Perfect for friends/family with 2 bedrooms and a pull out queen couch bed to sleep up to 6 people. Outdoor seating provides the perfect space to enjoy meals or nighttime sunsets. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or exploring nearby attractions, this brilliant spot makes every moment enjoyable. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. During your stay, you will have access to the entire front unit of the duplex with two private entrances. There is a living room, eat in kitchen, one bathroom with a tub, and two bedrooms (one full size bed and one queen size bed). The living room has a pull out queen size couch to sleep two more guests. An enclosed front porch is located at the front entrance and there is outdoor seating perfect for enjoying meals or a cocktail during sunset. There are no provided parking spaces, only free street parking is available. There are no pets, parties, or smoking of any kind allowed. We only allow ages 25+ for bookings. Beach chairs and an umbrella is provided. Paper products, hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies will be provided. The kitchen is supplied with all of the necessities including, k cups, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
