„Located on the southern side of Nags Head and right across from the beach with a shared boardwalk with another property they rent. Super easy to cross the road and be on the beach quickly. Also right across the street is the multi use path so perfect if you wanted to bring bikes or go for a walk. We did bike a few times down to the piers that were nearby. „The location was great, plenty of things to walk to including the beach. The cottage itself shows its age and could use some attention. If you're planning to spend the majority of your time outdoors, you likely wouldn't notice as much as we did but it rained on us for the majority of the stay so we were stuck inside. Still, we enjoyed our stay there.“

„This is a gem of a condo. It’s clean, nicely decorated, in a great location at the southern end of Nag’s Head a super easy walk to the beach, and Patrick is a great host. My family stayed in this unit, and relatives in the adjoining unit at the same time - what a wonderful way to stay close together without all crowding in somewhere. We’ll definitely be back. „Checkin was so easy. Place was clean.Property was convenient to beach and super close to route 17 activities. Communication was great from host. Had a small issue 2nd day and Joe and Lisa both showed up to take care of the small issue. Quiet neighborhood, great for relaxing outside in evening. Thanks for a great stay.“

„We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! “

„Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. “

„What an excellent property! What excellent hosts! The property is (shallowly) tucked on a Country Club and is pristinely quiet. Grocery (Wal-Mart & Harris Teeter) are not even a 5 minute drive down the road, very convenient. We loved being able to cook our meals and relax by the pool — food in the pic was prepped & cooked there on site (by us, obviously). Kitchen was well supplied, bedroom was cozy and shower pressure was great. The pool is salt water based and doesn’t dry your skin after a dip. ...
