„Beautiful home but would not stay here again without some maintenence issues adressed especially with kids. Strong oil smell from furnace (had to air out home for hours before we were comfortable staying) and overwhelming carpenter ant infestation (broken dryer as well which was fixed during our stay). Property management was quick to respond to messages but at times did not take concerns seriously. It made the stay very stressful and no compensation back was offered. Great location and again ...

What stood out the most was the high quality linens, as well as comfortable mattresses. It is very well kept with attention to detail. „The little touches included with this listing are what makes the difference between returning to a “house we rented” and returning to a “home away from home”. "Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Foto in der Buchung. Die Bettseite war schön gestaltet im Meereslook, die andere Seite war chaotisch lieblos hingestelltes Mobilar. Das Bad hatte keine Lüftung, Fenster ist nicht öffenbar, entsprechend muffiger Geruch im ganzen Zimmer. Die Dame am Empfang hat meine Kritik abgeschmettert, es ist egal was ich von meinem Zimmer halte, wird irgend wann renoviert, mein Geld ja bereits in ihrer Kasse. Das Frühstück am Buffet war jeweils noch gefroren (zB harte, schon geschälte Eier, Heidelbeeren) und wurde aus Wegwerf-Pappgeschirr und Plastikbesteck konsumiert. Tee oder Kaffee hatte es schwer gegen den Pappgeruch zu bestehen. Insgesamt ist die Hotelanlage zu weit von Provicetown entfernt um zu laufen und die Strasse zu stark befahren, mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren (zu gefährlich). Preisleitung stimmt bei diesem Angebot nicht, ist stark überteuert."
