Located direct oceanfront, in the Royal Dunes development of North Topsail Beach, this home offers all the amenities for a perfect beach vacation. With four decks on two levels, there are numerous vantage points to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of water surrounding this home. The ground level has ample parking for 5 medium size cars and there is a protected bad weather entrance that is easily accessed from the garage/carport area
The first floor has four beautiful bedrooms; each one has a high definition flat screen TV and its own private full bathroom. Also, on the first floor is a tiled laundry/mud room with direct access out to one of the ocean side decks where you will find a large Hot Tub. The two ocean side bedrooms feature sliding glass doors that provide access out to this deck as well (see # 4 & 5 below).
Bedroom 2 is located on the first level (south facing) street side of the home. It is equipped with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, various lamps, night stands, dresser and wall art and it has its own private bath with tub and shower combination.
Bedroom 3 is located on the first level (north facing) street side of the home. It is equipped with a dresser, pyramid bunk (double on bottom & twin on top -sleeps 3) and a regular twin bunk bed (two twins- sleeps 2). This room is set up to sleep 5 comfortably and is a great place for the kids to hang out and enjoy their movies or videos as this room has a TV and a DVD. This bedroom also has its own private bath with tub and shower combination.
Bedroom 4 is located on the first level (north facing) oceanside of the home. It is equipped with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, various lamps, night stands, dresser and wall art and it also has its own private bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom provides direct access through sliding glass doors out to the oceanside deck.
Bedroom 5 is located on the first level (south facing) oceanside of the home. It is equipped with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, various lamps, night stands, dresser and wall art and it also has its own private bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom provides direct access through sliding glass doors out to the oceanside deck.
The second floor (top floor) has an open floor plan and serves as the main living level, with walls of windows and amazing views of both the ocean and the sound. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations and includes stainless steel appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator that is equipped with a water & ice dispenser, range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. The dining area has a very large table with ample seating that will accommodate 10. There is also a kitchen island bar area with 5 bar stools which makes it an ideal spot for a snack or simply spending time with those in the kitchen.
The living area has two sofas (one is a queen sleeper) as well as comfortable chairs all designed for relaxation while watching a favorite movie on the large high definition flat screen TV with available DVD player. This home has high definition cable for all televisions and WiFi throughout the home as well. For your added convenience there is a half bath adjacent to this living area.
Adjacent to the living area is a fabulous master bedroom (Bedroom 1) with a large private bath with glass shower, jacuzzi tub and double vanities. It is truly wonderful. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, HD flat screen TV, various lamps, night stands and dresser, chase lounge chair, wall art and a ceiling fan. This bedroom provides direct access through sliding glass doors out to the top-level ocean side deck.
Nearby attractions include: Just a couple houses down and across the street is the North Topsail Beach Park which has something for everyone- playground equipment for kids, a basketball court and a volleyball sand court, tennis court, picnic tables and deep-water access for your paddle board or kayak (see aerial view of proximity- 3-minute walk).
This home is only 1 mile to world class golfing at North Shore Country Club and only 1 mile to the Seaview fishing pier.
Pets (dogs) are allowed with a $250.00 non-refundable fee per pet (2 dog maximum)
Hot Tub will be available year-round with a mandatory $80.00 activation fee for Price Break, Tranquil, Thanksgiving, Christmas & Getaway Seasons.
This home is event friendly (weddings ETC) There will be a $1300.00 non refundable event fee along with a $250.00 cleaning fee. There will be a $1000.00 refundable security deposit. The security waiver will not apply for weddings and events.
Any and all events must be approved in writing as well as coordinated with the rental agency. The event fee, security deposit and cleaning fee must be paid in full at time of reservation.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.
For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo id (name matching the reservation) to the office.
