Wake up to Caribbean Sea views at this spacious second-floor condo inside The Retreat at Rum Point. Approximately a one-minute walk from Rum Point Beach and the Beach Club, the condo is ideal for couples and small families seeking a quieter side of Grand Cayman.

The home accommodates up to four guests with a king-size bed in the separate bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

The open-plan lounge is filled with natural light and provides plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Settle into the comfortable seating, enjoy the sea views or plan your next Cayman adventure using the high-speed Wi-Fi.

The queen-size sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for up to two guests. Linens and pillows should be prepared whenever the reservation includes guests using the sofa bed.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy the Caribbean surroundings and fresh island air. The balcony is enclosed with mesh screening, helping reduce mosquitoes while allowing guests to relax outside more comfortably.

It is an inviting place for morning coffee, an afternoon drink or a quiet evening after exploring Rum Point.

The separate bedroom features a king-size bed, giving couples more sleeping space and privacy than a studio or hotel room.

Combined with the queen sofa bed in the living room, the layout works well for couples, small families and groups of up to four guests.

Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for an excursion or enjoy dinner at home in the fully equipped kitchen. A Keurig coffee machine is provided for an easy start to the morning.

The kitchen should be stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils for four guests.

A newly installed washer and dryer make it easy to refresh swimwear, beach towels and clothing during your stay. This is particularly valuable for families and guests planning longer Cayman vacations.

Rum Point Beach and Rum Point Beach Club are approximately a one-minute walk from the condo. Spend the day swimming, relaxing beside the water or enjoying food and drinks near the beach.

Guests also have access to the complex’s shared swimming pool—ideal for cooling off after a morning exploring the island.

Red Sail Sports operates at the Beach Club, where kayaks, paddleboards and other watersports can be rented separately. Equipment and activities are subject to Red Sail Sports’ availability and fees and are not included with the accommodation.

Kaibo Beach Restaurant and Bar is approximately a five-minute drive away, offering another nearby option for waterfront food and drinks.

Starfish Point and Bioluminescent Bay are also nearby, placing some of Grand Cayman’s most memorable natural attractions within easy reach. Excursions to Stingray City and other North Sound destinations are available in the Rum Point and Cayman Kai area.

For groceries and everyday essentials, Chisholm’s Grocery is approximately a seven-minute drive from the condo.

Rum Point offers a slower alternative to the busy Seven Mile Beach corridor. It is particularly well suited to guests who value peaceful surroundings, water activities and beach access over nightlife and a central resort location.

A rental car is strongly recommended for grocery shopping, airport transfers and exploring Seven Mile Beach, George Town and the rest of Grand Cayman.

Guests have private access to the entire condo and shared access to the swimming pool and beach.

The condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. Guests must be comfortable climbing stairs to enter the condo.
