***Property Overview***
Newly renovated and beautifully appointed, Kai Cove blends laid back beach house living with Balinese-inspired design on a quiet stretch of Cayman Kai on the island's Bioluminescent Bay. The redesign recently caught the eye of Real Life Caribbean, a luxury lifestyle magazine.

This two-story home was made for sunset-watching. A newly installed 48-foot pool arcs around a screened veranda lounge, and a sandy backyard beach comes with sun beds, a hammock, and a stone picnic table. Kai Cove's white sand beach suits children who'd rather dig than sit still, and grown-ups happy to do very little at all. Pool heat is available for a daily $25 surcharge.

The villa's private dock puts your Stingray City charter within steps of the backyard allowing you to arrange dock pickup service right from the home.

Inside, a brand-new kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, dishware, cookware, and cutlery, plus a propane grill for surf-n-turf cookouts. Leave the cooking to the pros by hiring a private chef for a champagne brunch or a family-style dinner.

The living room comes furnished with an oversized sectional sofa, a cable SmartTV with Sonos soundbar, opening out to the screened veranda through a rectractable wall.

Kai Cove's 4-bedroom configuration comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with infants under 2 not counting towards occupancy—compimentary pack-n-plays are provided upon request. The homes 4 bedrooms are split between two levels with the prmary suite upstairs and three king suites downstairs.

***Getting Around***
A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.

Cayman Ferries operates daily water taxis departing from the Kaibo Marina to Camana Bay. Perfect for day trips to Seven Mile Beach or shopping excursions at Camana Bay. Download their app to purchase your tickets in advance. Just be sure to make it back for the return voyage across the sound!

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.

***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
