„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. The TV seemed to be 25 years old. The bathroom has no light, the sink to brush my teeth was in the room and you stand on carpet. That's not what I would expect from a hotel today. The ...

„The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and the lobby smelled very clean and fresh. Breakfast staff was very courteous and efficient handling a large crowd for a concert. Our room (507) had a very dim bathroom mirror. It was actually horrible to try and put makeup on or get ready for the day. The light above the desk in the suite was also very dim. Overall a great stay but those were two things we did not like about our stay. We will definitely come back though!! “
