„Fantastic location! Everything we did was 5-10 minutes away. Loved the coffee shop next door that turned into a bar in evening. Very clean, and comfortable foam beds. Amenities are a little sparse, minimum number of towels, etc. Can’t change from cooling to heating without contacting management (we were there when it was 50 and 80). Host was quick to reply. "The personal was quite unfriendly. I am a foreigner and had difficulties to fully understand them immediately. After asking to please repeat, they seemed bothered. They helped me, but not with a happy face. Asking twice was then no option anymore for me. The room wasn't cleaned as I arrived (notice: it was 1 a.m., so there was plenty time before that). But it got cleaned immediatelly as I reported it and even a new room was offered. The cabin door was not repaired the whole week, but that was no problem for me. There was plenty of options for the breakfast and I really liked thatvthey had a smal store inside of the hotel. Additionally, the safety standard was really high as you for example need a room card to operate the elevator in the night."
