„Das Hotel hat viel Charme. Das Zimmer mit Flussblick war sehr schön und geräumig, das Personal sehr nett. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Organisation beim Frühstück ist furchtbar. Man muss warten bis man aufgerufen wird, dann darf man sich setzen obwohl viele Tische frei sind. Am Tag 2 war niemand da, also haben wir uns einfach hingesetzt. Es dauerte 40 min bis wir endlich unser Frühstück hatten. Das geht besser.“

„When you enter the main entrance you will be greeted with a funny smell. The location is great in an historic building. They stuffed up the place years ago with rooms but forgot to update the elevators. You will need them all the time but they are the slowest I´ve ever seen. You will be up faster at one world observatory than in their lobby. Half the rooms have a "courtyard view" meaning the building roof without any view. Smell was really awful all the time in the room. Payed 250 a night, ...

"The personal was quite unfriendly. I am a foreigner and had difficulties to fully understand them immediately. After asking to please repeat, they seemed bothered. They helped me, but not with a happy face. Asking twice was then no option anymore for me. The room wasn't cleaned as I arrived (notice: it was 1 a.m., so there was plenty time before that). But it got cleaned immediatelly as I reported it and even a new room was offered. The cabin door was not repaired the whole week, but that was no problem for me. There was plenty of options for the breakfast and I really liked thatvthey had a smal store inside of the hotel. Additionally, the safety standard was really high as you for example need a room card to operate the elevator in the night."

"Das Hotel überzeugt mit seiner guten Lage, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Besonders beeindruckend sind die großzügige Eingangshalle und der elegante Rezeptionsbereich. Die Zimmer hingegen wirken wie aus einer anderen Zeit – etwas abgewohnt und nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Positiv: Sie sind geräumig und sauber. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis jedoch nicht ganz. "
