„You have to lift your luggage by yourself up the staircases, there is no lift and no help. Elderly people shoudl be warned about this. The room looks as if it has been renovated the last time 40 years ago. It was clean but everything was very, very much last century including a carpet. The room was on top smelly. "The personal was quite unfriendly. I am a foreigner and had difficulties to fully understand them immediately. After asking to please repeat, they seemed bothered. They helped me, but not with a happy face. Asking twice was then no option anymore for me. The room wasn't cleaned as I arrived (notice: it was 1 a.m., so there was plenty time before that). But it got cleaned immediatelly as I reported it and even a new room was offered. The cabin door was not repaired the whole week, but that was no problem for me. There was plenty of options for the breakfast and I really liked thatvthey had a smal store inside of the hotel. Additionally, the safety standard was really high as you for example need a room card to operate the elevator in the night."
