„Exceptional property. Quiet, clean, with a comfy bed! Well appointed. We were able to enjoy a nice hot bath, morning coffee and watch a little tv while being close to our family in area. Such a great neighborhood and so walkable. The only thing we lacked were bath towels. There were only three for two persons for 4 nights, but we managed. Maybe ask ahead. “

„The room was dirty. Internet and tv were not working. It didn’t look like the pictures. I asked for clean towels and another room. The attendant was unsympathetic and said the hotel was booked. „The host was very attentive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Everything was lovely, and I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!“

„My kid loved the comfy room and we all had a really nice time unwinding together.“

„Perfect stay! Cozy, nice amenities, great communication before and during stay.“

„Really enjoyed the stay! The host was very kind and attentive.“

„The house was super cute and very well renovated. Loved all the nice decorative touches. Location was great as we went to an event at the San Pedro Playhouse which was a .2 mile walk. Philo coffee house just up the hill was great for morning coffee. “

„Super neat place, loved the little patio area, felt super cozy throughout the whole home!“

„Arriving at the hotel I realized that it was going to be rough indeed. I noticed that the lobby was very clean and even had a air freshener device inside so I figured perhaps our room would match. It didn't, all the sheets and walls were dirty. The towels had black or greyish stains all over. The pillows and pillowcases were dirty with hairs still. The television was dirty and the table and counters had crumbs or dried stains on them. When I told the front desk, he said they were at capacity and ...

„Very cozy!“
