„Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). „First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if ...

It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork! We spent our evenings out on the patio.Would definitely stay again if we were in Sacramento!“

„The unit was lovely. Very pleasantly decorated. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Well supplied. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We did have a little trouble with the lock and had to use the available key. Location and parking was very convenient. Check in and out process very smooth. I would recommend this place (in spite of the dilapidated property next door) unless you have trouble with stairs. “

„Sally's Cottage ist ein Traum. Die Lage perfekt - top Wohngegend! Es ist wirklich einfach alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sally ist eine super Gastgeberin. Sogar für den Willkommens Kaffee war alles vorbereitet. Kommunikation mit ihr top. Für eine Familie mit 3 Teenagern etwas klein, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.“

„Great property! Just what we needed… close proximity to midtown, clean and cozy, a place for four of us to relax and spend quality time together. Owner Sam was so responsive and helpful! I accidentally locked myself out and he was able to get me back in (remotely!). I was so grateful. The surrounding neighborhood was a nice surprise. I enjoyed a 1 mile walk and explored much of it. The Cuban Mexican place (Gondo Fusion) is less than a minute walk and soooo good!! “

„Die Ferienwohnung ist leicht zu finden und schnell von der Autobahn zu erreichen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gemütlich eingerichtet jedoch sehr hellhörig . In dem Haus gibt es noch drei weitere Wohnungen. Ein Minimarket ist zu Fuß in 5 Min zu erreichen. Der Vermieter hat umgehend auf unsere Buchungsanfrage geantwortet und ist sehr hilfsbereit.“

"Teuer ist es ja, aber deswegen auch nicht gut. Wenn man mir noch 10 dollar für eine internetverbindung abknöpft, frage ich mich schon, ob da was nicht stimmt. Ein freies wlan hatten wir auf unserer kompletten Reise in jedem Hotel, warum im teuersten dann nicht ? Außerdem sollte man den Architekten einmal befragen, was er sich bei den Lichtschaltern im Badezimmer gedacht hat. Da kommt man nur ran, wenn man im Dunkeln die Tür schließt. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht anders einstellen, als das die einen im Bett permanent anbläst. Tolle Konstruktion. Sorry, aber das Hotel , ist das Geld nicht wert. "
