„Check in was easy, property was located in a great area. Super quiet at night. The only downside was that it was around 80 degrees when we first got there and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the AC. The property manager didn't respond until the next day. Thankfully it was cold that night so we just opened the windows to cool the place down. They eventually offered to have someone come out to look at the AC but we were gone all day sightseeing. „The apartment was nice although a little too sparsely furnished. The basket of snacks was really great! The paper blinds were nearly impossible to open and close so we had to use the lights all the time, even during the day.The mattresses were saggy and a bit lumpy and the pillows were 2 flat ones stuffed into 1 pillowcase so they were hard and kept falling apart (a pillow would fall out).The main problem was the directions for getting into the unit. „We absolutely loved the apartment! It was huge with plenty of room for our two kids and ourselves. The property owner made sure we had a pack and play and bassinet for our youngest which made traveling by plane so much easier. The place was clean and the neighborhood was great.
