„We have booked a premium appointment for four days which was located on the 24. floor and had an amazing view. Unfortunately, the appointment could have been cleaner, especially the furniture was very used and full of stains. It’s not expensive at all to maintain or replace the furniture. The couch was extremely dirty and the rug was full of ugly stains, so not really welcoming and comfortable. Not ok for this price! “

„The proximity to the Loop was excellent. The rugs, both in the hallway and in the unit were stained and dirty looking, The beds were not very comfortable and the sheets were certainly not luxury sheets. I know check out was listed as 10 AM but I have never stayed anywhere that the cleaner showed up exactly on the dot, then proceeded to stand there until you left. (We were basically ready but just needed to finish gathering our things.)“
