„This place is exactly as pictured and described. My spouse and I needed a getaway and break from work and booked this place off season with our dog for a few days. We spent the days on the porch in the sun (dog loved that and she couldn't escape because of railings), grilling, cooking, using the sauna and the hot tub. Nice appliances in the kitchen! The sauna was lovely and the hot tub was super clean and spacious!! Game room was great, too. The master bed was so comfortable and clearly good ...

„This is a beautiful location. The view of Sunday River was beautiful even in the summer. The area is quiet. We had our wedding party stay there as the wedding was in town Bethel, only a short distance away. Everyone was comfortable and with the large yard and house, it was perfect. The house itself was clean and beautiful. “

„We just had a great stay! Wife and I and three boys (27,25, and 23) and two dogs. Check-in was simple and easy. Had a small issue or two with the hot tub but Sean responded very quickly by text and had his guy come out right away and take care of the issue. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were in great shape. AC's in main area and master bedroom worked fine but lower bedrooms were a little warm with just floor fans for air circulation - granted i believe we had an unusually hot week for NW ...

„The home is absolutely spectacular. Open concept main floor great for our large family. Proximity to Sunday River and Frenchman's Hole is awesome.Plenty of space to relax. Each age group can have their own floor lol. The Hot Tub is key after a long mountain run.“

My husband and I brought our adult kids and neohews (21-31) They loved the downstairs game room and we had to pry them out of the hottub.We would recommend this home to any family or group garhering!“
