Our home features a full kitchen with all dishes and cookware, a spacious living room, and sleeping options for everyone, this is the paradise home.

There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out at our 6 bedroom beach house, which sleeps up to 19 guests!

*Four parking spaces provided. No street parking.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Dogs are allowed/ NO cats.  2 dog limit, maximum 25 pounds each. 
*Renters must clean up after their pets to avoid additional charges.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.


1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

Cute house - smaller than pictures - bugs

The house was smaller than expected, but worked well for our large group. The air conditioning is old and has a hole it in, so when it rained for two days, it stopped working. Luckily the men in the house knew some electrical and were able to fix it quickly with some duct tape. The property management company was super quick to respond and apologize. There is quite an infestation of German cockroaches in this house, so be sure to wash any dishes in the cabinets before using them. They were all over the kitchen and the bathrooms. The location is perfect - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store.

We went to Myrtle to celebrate my son & his friends’ graduation. We all had a great stay at the house. We ran into a few hiccups upon arrival, but the property manager immediately helped us resolve the issues.

Love the home layout. A stale old smell met is at0 the door, sofa & sofa pillows stained, air vent need cleaning badly, dead bugs in several locations, fifty shower liners, dirty shower curtains, floors, not cleaned, blankets thrown atop of shelves, oven dirty, toilet in the first bedroom contstanly running , maintenance never showed up. We went out and bought cleaning products, had to cleaned oven it was dirty, replaced all liners, cleaned all bath rooms and mopped all floors. Towels & wash cloths. Were stained and looked like old rags, The bed covers are stained, asome need to be r9eplaced. I Spoke with 2 people Phyllis and Operations Manager..they both were apologetic but no resolutions yet. I feel that we should be fully refuned. We paid in good faith and had resaonsable expection of a clean efficient place to stay to gather with family for a good Thanksgiving. The property was left better shape than it was when we arrived. Totally unacceptable!!! Housekeeping did a very very poor job. They were paid for nothing! PS baseboards need attention. So embarassed that we had family drive 8 hours to come to this property. Still awaiting resolution! Pat Daniels

We really loved the location of the house! It was walking distance to the beach, the corner store, and also the souvenir shops. The house had plenty of space for my large family. The pool was clean and a decent size. Custom service was amazing! We had all emails answered in a timely manner. We will definitely be staying here again.

BRING YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE WITH YOU!!

As a business owner and a former rental host - it is VERY important to establish the expectations when customers are paying high prices to rent a vacation home. The listing, nor the check-in emails, does not inform the renters that NOTHING I provided. Instead of the bare minimal, we just got the bare! There are no laundry det, no hand soap, no toilet paper, no trash can bags, salt & pepper, no beach chairs, etc, etc. After flying for 5 hours and my family driving in for 3 hours- no one wanted to go to the store to buy every item. Had the ad or emails set appropriate expectations, my family could’ve packed these items and saved us time and money. The house per Zillow is a lot smaller than stated in the ad. Would not have paid as much had I known these things earlier, however, the location is great and overall a great family vacation!

It was a short walk to the beach and we were also in walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants that was awesome! The house didn’t have any cleaning supplies and did not have enough towels for all the people they say we can fit in the house, no toilet paper either, I email them requesting cleaning supplies, toilet paper and the blender motor, we stayed for 6 days ! Never had a response back. The sleep sofa both were full of sand and we weren’t able to use them. The pool wasn’t clean enough, the very last day the pool had dead bugs all over and they didn’t have cleaning tools to clean the pool either.

Our family enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. Bedroom arrangement was perfect for our group. Grill needs to be fix and be aware that you need to bring TP, garbage bags, spices, soap, etc when you arrive.

Not worth what you pay for

The location is great it’s a 2 min walk to the beach. The privacy was amazing as well. The management staff was also amazing, but the home in general was not. For bi amount that we paid I was expecting better. The home was not what we expected, pictures were deceiving, the room with 2 queen beds that has a bathroom was EXTREMELY small could barley fit to shower. This bathroom was not pictured in the ad. Upon arrival the home was somewhat clean, the bathroom curtains were black & bathrooms stunk like pee. We didn’t call the cleaners or management because at that point after a 7 hour drive we just worked with what we had. The pool area was OK the pool looks like it could use updating, pool cleaners came everyday which was nice. Honestly if you are thinking about this place spend a little more or look somewhere else to get your moneys worth but this place was definitely not worth the high price we spent for 4 nights.

Beach Get-away

The property was listed as it is seen in the pictures. The rooms were on the smaller side, but quite honestly when we book a beach trip, we aren't looking for extravagant rooms, we're looking for a clean place to lie our head. There were ample rooms for our party of 8 with ample restrooms (2 of the rooms had enclosed bathrooms within the bedroom and that's a plus). The only negatives I have to this were: Missing items from the kitchen such as hot pads, pans, and cooking utensils. While they were willing to get those things to us, we didn't have time to wait for the arrival of the necessary items and it was really , no big deal, just a tad disappointing. Suggest property manager have a check list of kitchen items as they are haphazard in quantity/ quality. (There were tons of coffee mugs, 2 regular coffee makers, but not a lot of regular cups. There were beaters for a mixer, but not mixer, Again, didn't affect our stay, but was odd) We also had missing trash cans and a broom (which they brought readily at my request). Pool was clean and not loud as was in a previous post. Pool cleaners did come during our stay but were fast and did not require us to vacate the pool. It would be best if we knew about when to expect them so as not to be surprised. (For instances, pool cleaners come on Tuesdays or whatever the situation would be. I wouldn't want to be surprised by unannounced cleaners). There were also damage to the walls and exterior to the house (The damage was not affecting our stay.) We took pictures upon arrival as not to be the one billed for the damages and alerted the property manager. Pros: Check in was easy. Beach walk was as listed and quick. Neighborhood is quiet. Pool was refreshing. Would stay here again.

check in time was a hassel because the driveway was flooded and the owner did not inform me that it was a flooded area. But neighbor stated this happen everytime it rain been going for 25 years. Bugs in the house. Weak floor boards in kitchen. lights by the pool did not work.. This is a older home with older furniture. I feel that the rental price for this home is too much .The Neighbor is very nosey and rude kept coming over uninvited. We were flooded for two days in the drive way. But we loved the pool and the bathrooms and the kitchen.

CONVENIENT To beach for North Side Location

Had a few issues to start . once i got someone on the phone the lady was very nice and helpful sorry forgot her name. the house did accommodate all 16 of us. suggestion i think the trash pickup process should be explain better to the renters so no one has to deal with someone else smelly trash since it's only 1 trash can outside. they came around everyday to pickup if u pull trash can to the street. the neighborhood is very friendly

Check in and out at this property was easy. It could be nicer if the property was up dated. All four rooms facing the pool have windows that is slightly cracked open and don’t lock. Didn’t make my family feel secured. The pool was very loud and kept us up all night. None of the TVs in the bedrooms worked. Plus the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I’ve rented a lot of vacation homes. Some was very nice, some just OK but this one was the worst. I wouldn’t waste my time booking if I were you. I message the host before leaving a review but didn’t get a response. So book at your own risk but you’ve been worn.
