Awesome stay
Perfect location n Cherry Grove! Walk to grocery, ice cream & beach. Excellent ocean view & good size balcony. Always like Cherry Grove. Best part for 3rd story was elevator- hard to find, also covered parking! Will be back. Neat, clean, view & all great. Thanks : )

Awesome condo
The condo was awesome. The view was fantastic and the location amazing. The only downside was the HVAC in the master, which was noisy when running; and the upstairs neighbors were VERY noisy with scraping furniture sounds from around 6 PM to midnight.

Anniversary week away
Location was as expected, we have been a few building further north on ocean before so we knew the area. Rooms met expectations. Kitchen was not as expected...not a full set of silverware for max capacity, let alone two. Many plastic forks were there. Did not report, but hand mixer and a spatula both needed to be replaced. Only was using the mixer one time, so did not call for replacement during our stay. Nothing owners can do with 4th floor people, but everyday it sounded like they moved furniture around for several hours. Not much sound dampening between floors. Overall, good week...just a few things that made it less than great.

Fishing get away
The place was super clean, little out dated, but still very nice. I hope to come back again. I guess I would suggest to the upstairs' neighbors to maybe put some felt under their chairs, so that it doesn't sound like a chalkboard when they scoot their chairs around at night. Other than that, had a great time and hope to see you guys soon! Would definitly recommend staying there!

Great stay
Clean condo and great location. View of ocean was perfect. Only issue was the garbage disposal had a horrible odor. We did not use it but my husband finally found the origin of the smell. Someone prior to our stay had put fish skin in it. He got it out but it was at the end of our stay. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful Setting
The property was very clean and nice. Its a little older however that didn't bother us at all. The view is absolutely wonderful! If I had to make a complaint it would be about the dryer. The vent would not stay in place. Overall stay was AMAZING.
