Inside, the kitchen boasts elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked for gourmet meal preparation. You'll find both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot for your convenience. A full-sized washer/dryer tucked away in a kitchen closet makes laundry a breeze. The spacious living room features comfortable seating, including a convertible couch, and a brand-new 65" Roku Smart TV for your entertainment. In fact, all TVs in the cottage have been upgraded to Roku Smart TVs for the 2023 season.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a larger Roku Smart TV. Additionally, it boasts a walk-in closet, providing ample space for your luggage. The second bedroom features a queen bed, its own TV, and easy access to another full bathroom in the hallway. Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms enhance your comfort.

The community features a pool area for your enjoyment, and you also have access to the North Tower pool, the largest in South Carolina. During the summer months, take advantage of the free shuttle service, running hourly and dropping you off at the beach access. A schedule will be provided in your paperwork.

Please note that all guests must be 25 or older to book and stay, with a responsible adult over the age of 25 required to be present at all times. This property is strictly non-smoking, and pets and motorcycles are not allowed. A three-night minimum stay is required in the off-season.
