This spacious 4 Bedroom/3 Bath house can comfortably accommodate 13 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, full over full bunk bed w/twin trundle in the 4th bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room.
Enjoy all the comforts of home in Case Al Mare, which is Italian for "Home By The Sea". This wonderfully decorated beach house is on stilts and has wonderful views of the Cherry Grove marsh. The 1st level features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, laundry area, 1 bedroom w/1 queen, tile & LVP flooring throughout, CO detector and large balcony with outdoor seating . The other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor which also features tile & LVP flooring throughout and a CO detector. There are Roku smart TV's in all 4 bedrooms as well as one of the living room area, free Wi-Fi and parking for at least 4 vehicles.

Case Al Mare is just .3 miles from the ocean. You can make the quick walk to the beach or rent a golf cart for convenience. The private pool was installed in March 2023 and can be heated for an additional charge of $50 per day (contact North Beach Vacations in advance to arrange and pay). Enjoy the outdoor seating on the balcony or ground floor patio. A gas grill is also provided for your enjoyment. In the enclosed garage there is a ping pong table and corn hole set for added fun as well as a beach wagon and beach equipment. Located in the popular Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach, you will be in close proximity to all the must see entertainment venues, restaurants, attractions and shopping that our area has to offer!
