Marsh View Getaway is a comfortable channel-front home located at 417 33rd Avenue North in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Set along a quiet residential street, this four-bedroom, two-bath home is especially popular for extended stays and winter rentals, thanks to its peaceful setting and waterfront views.

The home sleeps up to ten guests with two bedrooms featuring queen beds, one bedroom with two double beds, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and standard coffee maker, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The home also includes central heating and air, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and five Roku TVs with DVD players.

Outdoor spaces are a major highlight. Enjoy a covered front porch, a channel-side sundeck, private dock, and an outside shower—perfect for relaxing by the water or enjoying the slower pace Cherry Grove is known for. While this is not a luxury home, it is clean, functional, and well suited for guests who value space, location, and waterfront living.

The private channel-side dock is a favorite feature for guests who enjoy casual fishing or crabbing. Many guests like to drop a line in the mornings or evenings while relaxing by the water. Fishing success can vary by season and tide, but the dock provides easy access for recreational anglers without leaving the property.

Marsh View Getaway is a non-smoking, no-pets property with no house parties or motorcycles allowed. Parking is available on-site. Guests interested in monthly or winter rentals are encouraged to call, as these stays tend to book quickly.
