Grand Strand Resort I Unit 1 is a ground-floor oceanfront condo located at 2000 North Ocean Boulevard in the heart of Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach. While the building and interior are older and show their age, the location is exceptional—offering direct beach access and walkability to nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps up to six guests with two double beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The unit includes central heating and air, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs with cable, and a basic efficiency kitchen with a microwave—ideal for simple meals and beach snacks.

One of the biggest highlights is the ground-level oceanfront patio, allowing you to step right outside and head straight to the sand without stairs or elevators. Guests also have access to a large oceanfront sundeck and beach shower, making beach days easy and convenient.

Grand Strand Resort I is a non-smoking property with no pets, house parties, motorcycles, or trailers allowed. Parking is limited to one assigned vehicle; additional vehicles must be parked at the rental office with a permit.

This condo is best suited for guests who prioritize location, beach access, and walkability over modern updates—making it a solid choice for budget-conscious beachgoers who want to be right on the ocean in Cherry Grove.
