*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

Perfect location in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with over 100 restaurants, the iconic Cherry Grove Pier, shopping, and golf all right nearby. Family friendly Main Street is just 5 minutes down Ocean Boulevard and is the perfect place to spend many an afternoon and evening. From ice cream shops to carnival rides in season to live music, there is something for everyone. Cool off with a cold drink and enjoy some local seafood, this part of North Myrtle Beach has it all! There are brand new shopping centers and new restaurants, as well as beach clubs and outdoor events with live music in season. 

Even better, other area attractions such as all-new Barefoot Landing, and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Broadway to the Beach are all just a few minutes to the south!

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
