The property had everything we needed. Our host company was excellent and the 3 dishwashers were a god send. The kitchen was stocked fully and we had everything we needed for such a large group.

The bedrooms and private bathrooms were wonderful. The property could really use some dishes that are microwave safe…nothing could be used in microwave:(The elevator was great as was the pool. Pool area could use some shade as the handrails and the bricks would get hot enough to produce burns on feet and hands.

Property was perfect for us. Clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped for a large family. Beach was only steps away and kids loved the pool. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. Only problem was the elevator. It kept getting stuck between floors. The staff was helpful and we followed all the rules but it just wasn’t dependable. Minor issue: Outdoor shower didn’t work. We still had a wonderful time and made a lot of memories.

Nice place

The house was nice and roomy in a great location. The beds were comfortable. We loved all the refrigerator space and having 2 ovens and 3 dishwashers. The management was very easy to get a hold of and were there promptly to solve a couple of issues! The theater room was great and the kids loved it. Some things we didn’t like about the property is we absolutely could not get in until 4:00 even though there was no one at the house after 2:00. The rooms had no dressers and really no place to put clothes. We basically lived out of our suit cases all week. Only 1 of the 3 refrigerators had an ice maker which basically didn’t work. There was no common bathroom. We had to use a bathroom in one of the bedrooms or go to our own room which was not always convenient.

The kitchen and the pool table couch area was absolutely the hang out for 37 people. Unfortunately, the elevator in the house was very rickety and felt unsafe so we chose not to use it at all. That probably needs to be checked out. Also the two refrigerators next to each other on the end, the inside one next to the countertop, the icemaker and water dispenser was not working at all. We definitely needed two refrigerators that were making ice properly. The ninja blender is broken so we were unable to use that. The company that you are currently using is not mopping the floors whatsoever... the floors were black, as we all walked around the first day without shoes are feet were absolutely disgusting.... I had spoken to someone the week before and the property was vacant that week so I know that no one was in there which means that they didn’t clean them properly after the last family stayed. I could send you pictures of the bottoms of our feet all week. It was pretty gross. Even using a swiffer would’ve helped. we left the house in excellent condition and would have been able to do a little more cleaning if there were more cleaning products available. The outside railing by the main Kitchen door was very wobbly and needs to be checked out. The showerhead by the pool was broken and the spickets we’re not working very well at all. The couch upholstery in the kitchen area was heavily stained, and probably could use some cleaning. Just some insight moving forward, but we had an amazing vacation and creative memories for a lifetime!

Not quiet what was expected.

The property had ample space, the furniture lacked quality and minimal, no place to put your clothes or no closet to hang up. The fabric sofas stained in both the great room and the theater room. The bunk beds in the bunk room did not feel safe to sleep on the top bunk. Parking was an issue not enough spaces and the spaces where tight. The pool was nice however had to call for repair. One of the dryers didn’t work and one dishwasher didn’t work upon arrival, reported but no one came to service them, we did without. We had to purchase pans, meat thermometer and ice tea pitcher in the kitchen ( we left behind for the next vacationer). Close to the beach which was nice. Overall it was good but not perfect. Definitely would recommend leather sofas and dressers in the bed rooms.

The property was okay. However, the pool was only cleaned once on the day before we were to leave. The floors were not clean. The dryer upstairs on the right didn't work and the middle dish washer didn't work. Other than that, everything was GREAT!!

Very nice house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very relaxing, with only a few problems with the property. There were a few maintenance issues with plumbing on the third floor that was quickly resolved by management. Overall the property is in a great location with plenty of space for parking. The house is well designed, but it should have a guess bathroom so guess don't have to walk into someone room to use the restroom Overall I would definitely stay again.

Expensive but worth it

The price is very expensive which was not ideal for our group. However, after being cancelled on last minute Susan and Together Resorts did everything they could to help us out. We had to pay a hefty security deposit, but I am sure it was just to make sure we weren’t a random, reckless group. As we did not damage anything, we received it all back so it ended up being an amazing trip!

Our group had a great time! Plenty of space for everyone and lots of fun activities to do all day/night! We plan on making it an annual trip!
