„We had a great week here July 2025. Nice that there’s a cafe restaurant in the building in case you don’t feel like leaving for food. Not the most perfect, nice place but… the price reflects that. We came for the beach not to sit in our room, and this is right on the beach. Understand that all of the rentals down here are a constant revolving door with little or no time to clean perfectly or make repairs between guests during the busy season no matter where you stay. „Absolute perfection when it comes to location! Beach access is directly across the street. It only takes seconds to have your feet in the water! Photos of the listing online match what we walked into. Around the edges/trim looked like they could use a deep scrub down. This in no way negatively impacted my trip, just a suggestion. „We had our 12th family reunion here. 74 year age spread between the attendees and we all had a great time. This place was great! Quite amazing to have us all under one roof. There's a lot to this property with massive kitchens, nice bedrooms, theatres, pool tables, elevators, and swimming. We had a few equipment glitches but property managers were quick to respond and resolve quickly. Great experience, great property, great management!!! 10 out of 10!!!“
