„We had a great week here July 2025. Nice that there’s a cafe restaurant in the building in case you don’t feel like leaving for food. Not the most perfect, nice place but… the price reflects that. We came for the beach not to sit in our room, and this is right on the beach. Understand that all of the rentals down here are a constant revolving door with little or no time to clean perfectly or make repairs between guests during the busy season no matter where you stay. „Nebensaison - Zimmerservice "störte" (aus diesem Grund?) bereits gegen 9 Uhr; etwas früh wenn man bedenkt, dass Selbstversorgung angesagt war. Sauberkeit oberflächlich gut - sehr gut, aber sitzt man in der Badewanne (luxuriös) schaut man auf eine, von unten max. verschmutzte (schwarz verkrustete) Vorrichtung, mit welcher der Verschlussstöpsel entriegelt wird. Diese schwarzen Bestandteile schwimmen auch im Badewasser herum. Schade, so kann ein Sprudelbad nicht genossen werden! Rezeption ...

„I was impressed. The place was bug free and clean. There condo isn't a 5 star resort and has some cosmetic outliers but everything functioned properly. For what we wanted out of the place, and what we got, it earned 5 stars. Recommendations would be to add some better cookware and replace the board games. Great place to stay and cost effective considering its right across from the beach. “

„Overall the location and accomodation was great but the house is very tired on the outside and needs some TLC. Inside the space is great, the beds were very comfortable but some of the appliances need attention. The hot tub does not get hot and althought the owners tried to tell us thats the way it is supposed to be...we found out differently from the pool service person.“
