„Der Check- in funktionierte nicht gut. Wir trafen nach 17.00 Uhr ein und unser Zimmer war nicht bereit. So war es dann auch gereinigt... Der Boden im Bad war schmutzig und die Mülleimer nicht geleert. Die Zimmerausstattung ist schön, das Bett war besonders bequem, leider funktionierte aber auch das WLAN nicht.
Das Frühstück am Morgen war schlecht. Keine Tassen für den Kaffee, viel Auswahl gab es nicht. Vieles wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
Beim Check-out wieder ein Heidenchaos mit langer Wartezeit. ...
„Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. “
„Mr. Davidson was very great host . He goes over and beyond to make our stay as great as possible. The house is so spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs is one of the beat attribute of this place. Great food and very nice chefs!!

„This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors.
Please address maintenance issues“

Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen.
Es gab nur einen fest eingebauten Fensterrahmen.
Das Bett war wirklich gut, wie man es von einem 4-Sternehotel erwartet.
DasBad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Ein Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer.
Es gibt noch eine Couch, einen Büro-Stuhl und einen Schreibtisch ohne Schubladen.
Die Nachttische waren auch einfach gehalten.
Wir waren in Quarantäne dort.
