„Staff are very helpful and create a pleasant friendly environment, good standards of cleanliness throughout. Lovely big breakfast served by staff member attentive to customer needs.“

„This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. My thanks to the staff concerned for their part in a really memorable weekend.“

„Nice rooms with fridge, tea/coffee and bottled water provided. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast for the price. Solid mid-range option for the area.“

„My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! „Für Paare und kurz Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Sehr gutes Essen. Für Familien nicht so geeignet. Straße ist laut und Restaurant sind immer gut besucht.“

All the staff were great, so friendly and went over and above when I mentioned something I needed for the room. The room was great, loved the ...

„Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean.“

„Good hotel service and staff Bit out of town so need to get a cab / uber but free parking is a bonus“

„It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not ...

„Stayed for one night , the room was nice with a large bathroom. Breakfast was very good (full English) and staff very good. This should be described as a Bed & Breakfast not a Hotel.“

„Vertekehrstechnisch gut angebunden, gepflegte Zimmer, ein sehr gutes Frühstücksservice“
