„Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. “

„Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a convenience store right across the street. With the bus stop across the street and the train a 5 minute walk there wasn’t anywhere we couldn’t get to in the city. Gooroo was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again.“

„My first impression was good. A very nice location with nearby bus stop and 2 railway stations. The bedsheets and the duvet were not cleaned. I got running nose and I was kind of sick when I reached room until I get out of the room in the morning. Another reason for this I think is there’s no ventilation with fresh air. “

„Our booking was cancelled when we were in front of the property with no communication from the host. No answer to text messages and calls directed to voicemail. Property located in dodgy London naibourhood, unsuitable for listing on a travel platform. Awful experience.Avoid at all cost.“

„This semi-disaster of a "newly refurbished house" is the fault of VRBO...for two reasons. First, the property is still in the midst of being refurbished with a list of deficiencies that are too many to mention. Secondly, VRBO forced us to make a snap decision on this property because the host of our previously-booked location cancelled on us just 48 hours before we were arriving in England. VRBO promised to find us a replacement property but then, with less than 24 hours before our arrival in ...

„The property was listed as 4 bedrooms and 4+ bathrooms. There were indeed 4 bedrooms and four other rooms which, except for one, I would hesitate to categorize as bathrooms. One room had a toilet but no sink or shower. One room had a shower and sink but no toilet, one room had a toilet and a sink and one room had a shower sink and toilet. Also, there was no soap or shampoo, no coffee machine and no dishwasher. Additionally, the neighborhood was underwhelming and the nearest underground station ...
