House with character, very quiet, tastefully decorated

History
The house has been a traditional cottage built inthe 40s. It was bought by our family and was completely renovated and enlarged. It is ideally located and follows all rules of traditional architecture of pelloponesian houses.
It is therefore realy comfortable to stay even in the hot days in the summer. Winter is also very calm due to the close distance to the sea. Central heating is also installed, so that the house can be used throughout the year.

Description
The house has two independent apartments. The ground floor provides accomodation facilities for 6 people and has one living room, one kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and one WC. Two couches are placed also in the livingroom, which can be used as additional beds.
The upper floor provides facilities for accomodation 4 people and has: one living room, one kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom. Two couches are placed again in the livingroom, which can be used as additional beds.
Clean sheets and towels are always available. A washing machine is also installed in the WC of the apartment in the basement. A cleaning lady can be also reserved, if requested, in the middle of an accomodation period after appointment
The house far away from the local road, and is therefore very quiet. I clear sky without any city lights can be usually observed at night. It is very peaceful, tastefully decorated and is ideal for families requesting calm and relaxing holidays combining them with some visits of local seightseeings and cultural activities.
